In good fun of course! It just so happens that our teams acronym is SHT which is pretty darn close to a bad word, 🤭 and that is on purpose. We get to say things like “we’re the S.H.T” or, if you’re not working with us you might be “S.H.T out of luck” I will be the first to admit there is a lot of noise and redundancy in the real estate industry and while education is important so is a break from monotony. We are highly professional, but we know how to keep things light as well. “Talkin’ S.H.T” is a video segment where you might learn something, or just have a good laugh. No matter what, we always are doing things in a new and fresh way!
